 Janet Hay, MA, LCPC
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with several years
of therapy experience. I have a Master's Degree in Human Development
Counseling and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. My
style is open and caring, and I provide a safe and trusting environment
for discussing concerns. I believe we all have the inner resources
to grow and make positive changes in our life but sometimes we become
emotionally “stuck” and do not grow. It is my job to help you
discover and use your inner resources and to provide you with additional
information that will facilitate growth. I recognize that people
are different and tailor my services to meet your needs. I
provide individual, couple and family counseling to people of all
ages and have experience addressing multiple issues. My specialty
areas include co-dependency, substance abuse, depression, ADHD (primarily
Inattentive Type), eating disorders, parenting, relationship conflict,
and career difficulties/decisions. I look forward to the opportunity
