Rigor, MSW, LCSW
I have been working in the field of mental health, with individuals,
families and groups, since 1991. My approach to working effectively with
all clients is based on the belief that the quality of the relationship
directly impacts the outcome of therapy. I earned a Bachelors Degree
in Psychology from Quincy University in 1991, and Masters in Social
Work from St. Louis University in 2002. While I enjoy working with
clients of all ages, I have received specialized training in working
with children and using play therapy to address their unique needs.
